Large room, friendly staff and clean hotel We used to come every year during our vacation in Meknes and it is very convenient to reach the highway and the city center. A lot of food options and shopping nearby.. Special thanks to Nadia who went beyond and above expectations.

First, the staff - really outstanding helpfulness, kindness, and good service throughout. We especially want to thank Hamzi, who helped with so many things (including good directions). The Riad is beautiful, and beautifully managed. Provided excellent guide (Kamal) for our very good day exploring the Medina and learning about history, culture, life today, etc. Also provided very good driver and guide for out-of-town excursion (although a bit challenging, as neither spoke much English) Excellent dinner, and lovely breakfasts Wonderful massage! Our rooftop room was simply wonderful, spacious, well organized space, functional

Beautiful, big Riad with a lovely swimming pool & fabulous rooftop. Staff was very friendly. Comfortable, spacious room & bathroom. Good breakfast. Good value. I would recommend to family & friends.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I was at the hotel. The bed was perfect, everything was spotlessly clean, everything worked well (including the hot water, often elusive in Morocco). It was a restful place to end long days of exploration.

Location, the riad is gorgeous and lovely, breakfast, staff, excellent value for the money you pay.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the Hotel, the breakfast buffet and especially the pool.

The woman at the reception was helpful especially with ordering the taxi to the airport

Everything was good and met 4 star expectations. Staff members on front desk and in restaurant were terrific.

I liked the fact that despite having an issue with my room at the first night the surpervisor changed my room to a far better one I Would like to thank Hamid for his kindness and professionalism

The villa was very well located in a quiet street yet close to everything. Everything was clean and well maintained. The Host was the nicest and kindest gentleman. He went out of his way to make our stay extra special and comfortable. He literally drove us in his own car when needed and got us bread and anything we requested. We were treated like family and we would certainly stay here if we ever come back to Meknes again.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit. Location is excellent for shopping and exploring. Room is well appointed.
