I had an amazing two-night stay at Wassad Hotel Makkah, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in seamless and pleasant. The helpers were equally hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile, and any extra requests were fulfilled promptly. The room was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and well-appointed. But the real winner? The pillows! I had the best sleep, which was much needed after an exhausting Umrah. I woke up feeling completely refreshed and well-rested. One of the standout features of my stay was the welcoming station at the entrance, offering traditional Arabic coffee and dates. This thoughtful touch added to the warm hospitality of the hotel and made me feel right at home. Overall, Wassad Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and genuinely caring staff. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. The service was truly excellent—felt just like a 5-star hotel. I would happily rate it 10 out of 10. Fantastic, exceptional property!! Very tidy and clean, comfortable and designed in a way to provide the best customer experience. It is 28 km from Al Haram, but this is not an issue if you have your own vehicle. I would highly recommend experiencing this property and making your stay in Makkah a memorable one.
