Hotels with Pools in Hat Yai

Location and facilities are the best 😊🥰

The hotel definitely looks as shown here. Rooms and facilities are extremely modern and clean and well looked after. Room was extremely well furnished and spacious. Definitely would stay here again and possibly a bit longer to explore surroundings. We used this hotel as a stop between Bangkok and transfer to Koh-Lipe Island.

The bedding was fabulous. So comfortable!

I liked everything clean nice and quiet. The price is very good.

The room design is eye-catching, simple and stylish. The orange and green embellishments are matched with natural wood grain decorations, giving people a warm and fresh feeling. Living here makes people feel particularly relaxed.

The location is fairly central. When you enter, it looks like entering a courtyard full of greenery, and as you turn around, you see the hotel. The staff is friendly, and even helped when we forgot to bring our power socket converter. Rooms are totally spacious, with space and a table to eat, a separate one for makeup, and another separate one for reading/doing work. We had like at least 4 chairs to use in and around the room.

The room, restaurant and especially the staff

The room is good clean and comfortable but a little bit noisy from guest outside the room since they have children made noisy at night so if possible please find the way to protect these guests to interrupt other guests it would be grateful place.

The room was spacious and the bathroom functional. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable to sleep. The wifi connection is good. There are a few food stalls and a convenience store just down the road.

Simple, clean, basic amenities, good price

The location, the facilities and food

Best location for those who love shopping and food

The staff was so nice! Even when we didn't need the room clean, they made sure to leave water bottles, snacks and fresh towels at the door. The cafe in the lobby made delicious coffee and matcha too! The pool area was beautiful too!

We like the room, it's cozy and clean. However there are insects in the bed, we don't know what insect that bit us while sleeping because it turns out to leave you a red mark on your skin. Maybe it's a bed bug or something. The place is also good, as it is calm and perfect for relaxation if you want to rest without hearing noises, this is absolutely the best place for you to stay. The swimming pool is small, but it's totally fine. However, in the morning the water is no longer clean as it is already being used the previous days of different guests. But you can choose not to swim in the pool, it's up to you. There's not so much attraction as it is not well maintained unlike if you'll look at the photos being posted online that it has flowers, but in reality the flowers and some attractions are gone. The staff is friendly and nice, very accommodating.

The whole hotel is very clean and the bathrooms and bathtub are also very clean which I don't find often in other hotels. The location is great as you can easily walk to the city center. The bed was huge as well.

The apartment was very compact but tastefully furnished and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, and communication with the host was excellent — any questions were answered within minutes.

the staff and its facilities is superb
