breakfast was excellent. Hotel and room all kept clean and tidy. The house keepers were very polite and helpful if i needed anything always happy to accommodate. Lobby staff were very friendly and approachable, always with a smile. Big shout out to staff Bernie, Katie, Riley, Vincent, Katie-Marie, Dot. Special thanks to all staff for taking care of me. It was my 40th birthday and I went to celebrate with my family, I called and emailed the hotel and they promised to decorate my room with balloons and other things, but when I got to the room there was nothing. It was very disappointing
