Hotels with Pools in Chicago

Perfect location and easy access to the hotel room for convenience

I requested a fridge on the 2nd day, and it was brought immediately. Didn't realize I had to request it at booking. They kindly gave me a discount when I mentioned it at check-out.

I really liked the location of the hotel. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, Michigan Avenue, which is where many of the most iconic places are located, the Navy Pier, the 360 observatory, among others, were nearby. The room was quite comfortable and had a stunning view to the outside mainly at dusk.

Great location near centre and lake. Easy to access with multiple bus services. Amazing price. Great room with everything we needed (including a refrigerator which we were told it wouldn't have).

Efficient check in, pleasant staff, got a room upgrade. Overall very good stay.

Location and cleanliness. Loved the little lounge area in the room

The front desk staff were great. The room was clean and modern. The location is ideal when visiting Chicargo

Fantastic location, walking distance to the lake and the Magnificent mile. Comfortable room. Very nice restaurant on the ground floor.

Very tranquil despite its proximity to midway airport, near a bus route so great location. Easy check-in by a friendly and helpful member of staff at front desk, room clean and well stocked.

I have been staying here since my first trip to the US in 91 & I will not stay anywhere else. It's stunning as soon as you walk in the door. The neighbourhood is great, with plenty of shopping & places to eat & drink. I have always felt safe in the surrounding streets day or night. Once you stay here, you will compare all other Hotels to The Palmer House.

Our family absolutely loved everything about this apartment! I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say. We had such a wonderful time here and truly felt at home. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, great closets and storage, a beautiful kitchen, and absolutely stunning views of both the park and the city. The location couldn’t be better. The amenities are incredible — we especially loved the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. I stayed here with my son, and it was so convenient to walk to the playgrounds and enjoy the park together. There are also so many great restaurants, cafés, and other places within easy walking distance. Honestly, our entire family was absolutely delighted with this apartment. It made our time in Chicago even more special!

The hotel has a great location, easy walk to most attractions. Amenities at the hotel are also amazing, would recommend to anybody staying in Chicago.

Style,location, comfort, staff

Since we were traveling with a young child, we were very careful in choosing our accommodation. Among all the places we’ve stayed with kids in Chicago, this was by far the best. The condition was spotless, the amenities lacked nothing, and the location felt completely safe — truly the perfect place for a family trip.

The club level food was amazin, the staff was great the room & clubroom was spotless.

Location. River view. Gym. Restaurant. Many thanks to front desk department, especially Diana and Natalia

Staff was very nice, and very helpful Proximity to the Passport Agency, main reason for our trip to Chicago
