I forgot a pair of shoes at the hotel. The staff was great - they chased down the shoes and mailed them back to me. They definitely went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

My brotĥer lives in Martinsburg and is nearing his end due to a fatal disease. Me and my family come often to this hotel, because it is close to his home. The visits with him can be upsetting somwtimes, but k owing im coming back to the same place where i am treated well helps alot. Sherry, in the bar remembers me everytime we come. That so means alot. She asks about my brother and my family, which is more important at a time like this than you know. I work in the Hotel business at a much larger scale, so i can only hope my lodge gives the same feeling to our guest as the Holiday Inn staff gives me and my family.
