The friendliness of the staff. Very kid and family friendly as well, clean/big rooms, and the indoor swimming pool was clean and fun!

The property was very clean and comfortable

It was a wonderful stay no problems with our stay

Stanley was wonderful and helpful

Excellent location, very clean facilities and very friendly at the hotel.

Clean and comfortable, decent breakfast options.

It was beautiful, comfortable, one thing very important for us we were able to plug our Apple TV box

Staff was so friendly, new property, clean

Location is within walking distance to pubs, restaurants, convention center, and historical sites.

the room was very nice, clean, and spacious. My stay is always hygienic as well, no dirt or bugs. I wish my stay had a continental breakfast but I feel that would've costed more. I think the location is good as it is in a safe place but it is close to the interstate yet I never hear the interstate.

This hotel is a beautiful property with fabulous amenities.

The lady that checked me in was so sweet after being swamped by a lot of people checking in at the same time. The location was stellar!

From the wonderful and funny front desk ladies, to the comfy beds and pillows, this was my second time at this hotel and I will always come back when in Arkansas

It was overall peaceful,Understandable staff…

Everything was great right up until they kept saying the silent alarm was going off.ĺqA0q,

I ENJOYED VERY CLEAN AND PEACEFUL

Staff was amazing assisting me in reserving a room for my father who is Deaf. They went above and beyond to deliver messages to him and let me know of his arrival. His flight was unexpectedly cancelled right before midnight so navigating hotel, shuttle, etc was quite hectic but they eased my mind. Thank you all so much!

Very please with staff, our room, and all services during our stay. We will stay again.

Always my go to spot when I’m in town !! I love that it’s like a studio apartment! Also you can get a portable stovetop if you ever want to cook in your suite instead of buying fast food or restaurant food ! It’s always quiet probably because i stay on the 5th floor per usual !

Loved the location and staff was very friendly. Also, chorizo breakfast was pretty great and liked the little convenience store at the front.
