The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The hotel is older but comfortable. Location is great, near everything. The buffet is typical for a decent buffet no complaints. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffle, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, juices all with a big seating area. Didn’t use gym, pool, hot tub or sauna

Staff was welcoming. Fast check in and out. Pool area very clean and warm. Breakfast was very good. Dining staff was great and kept all areas clean. I liked that they had quarters available for laundry. All areas were clean. Parking was never an issue.

We were only a few miles from the WSU stadium. We got in late that night (after the game) and left fairly early the next morning. The breakfast was amazing! Would have liked to get in the pool and spa. Nice little workout room. This seemed like a very nice place. Just not a lot of time to enjoy everything.

The rooms were 100% smoke free which contributed to making them refreshing and relaxing for me! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was plentiful, too!

We chose a hotel with a pool/hot tub intentionally. That is the reason we rented a hotel room. A little get away. The hot tub was nasty dirty. The jets did not work. The water smelt terrible and was luke warm. Needless to say our hot tub getaway lasted 5 minutes. Very disappointing.
