Excellent location Nice evening kickback Excellent room

Great selections and fresh! Excellent coffee too! Room was very clean and well appointed. Loved that dang light over the couch! Finally pillows that were comfy.

They had an excellent breakfast. Very well put together and clean serving area. And the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Clean. Looked beautiful. Good breakfast.

The room was very clean and comfortable, along with being very quiet.

Jessica and so the front desk staff did an amazing job from check in to check out. Great breakfast options and coffee 10/10. We will be back again!

Didn't eat at this location

The entire experience was very positive

I was disappointed it wasn't free

Friendly staff who helped make a challenging trip easy. I checked in late at night and was greeted with a kind front desk agent and warm beautiful room

Staff was awesome, breakfast was great, loved that there was a wall seperating the bed from the area with the couch and desk where we set up our pack and play for our aon to sleep in.

Everything. It's beautiful, the staff are so sweet professional it was such a comfortable experience and luxurious at a great price. It was very clean, bed was ultra comfortable! When I visit KC this is the only place I'm booking. Only thing I disliked was that I had to ask for my complimentary items. And there was no shower cap but the front desk attendant sis her best to try and find one i love it

Everything,the cleanliness,the facilities,the breakfast,my kids enjoy the pool,the staff!

The breakfast was nice every morning! Staff are amazing! Especially the young man at front desk

Never knew about this property it was beautiful with beautiful views of the holiday lights. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was fancy we loved the shower. Jody was the best such a kind n caring person. She made sure my booking was right and made me n my family feel so welcomed. We will be back.

pool , the front desk staff day and night shift , the room , the location.

Close to where I was going. Bed was very comfortable.

Everything! This is the best time of year for a beautiful, scenic drive to the hotel. The property is stunning. The employees were phenomenal. Especially the gentleman working Sunday, Oct. 29th. We were lugging too much put to our car, and he graciously offered to help us with a cart. I feel terrible that I didn't get his name, nor did I have cash for a tip. 😔

Excellent and friendly customer service at the front desk at all times. The TV reception didn't work well in our first room so they cheerfully and immediately changed our room for us.

A great location. A very nice hotel. Close to The Plaza.

The perfect location for the holidays

I’m a big fan of aloft hotels I usually try to choose them no matter what city I am in. This property was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and in a great location.

Love the comfort of the bed/pillows and that there’s a hot tub available.
