Hotel was clean, smells great. We had staff Xenia Clara on speed dial, who was friendly and thoughtful, and took initiative to make our stay comfortable. She gifted us a sweet treat on our first night, and offered a late checkout before we asked for it. We were near the West Lake and had plenty of food options near us. Truly a great stay!
