Banyuwangi was already on my list but this hostel made it 10x better. The rooms are clean like actually clean, not "we wiped it down before you arrived" clean. Had the best random conversation with a Dutch guy I met in the common area, which honestly is the whole point of hostels right? Location is solid, price is ridiculously fair. Do yourself a favour and book this one. No regrets whatsoever.

Breakfast was great: both Western and Indonesia (and on another day, Japanese) options. Coffee was excellent, as you'd expect from a decent restaurant in Indonesia! Staff took care of us quite well.
