The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained and a short walking-distance to several metro stations. The staff was friendly and communicates well in English. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with all the utilities one can think of. I slept very well during the night as the room is soundproof.

The Bvlgari Tokyo is certainly one of the best, if not the best hotel in Tokyo at the moment. The location in Ginza is excellent. The rooms are great and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. The pool area is beautiful. The staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar is a must visit. I will definitely stay at Blvgari Tokyo again.

This hotel is simply amazing. The standout is the incredible staff. They are beyond helpful. The hotel itself is very stylish & beautiful. Breakfast was incredible. The location is perfect and views from the hotel are incredible.

Staff were fantastic! Room was delightful and comfortable. We booked the pool on arrival and it was lovely, with a great view! We asked the reception staff to make a dinner reservation for us (1 hour before) and they did so and found a lovely spot!
