The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay it was even hard to say bye the way we were so comfortable.

We very much appreciated the service that went along with the meals too. The chefs and the staff are clearly very committed to providing the best possible experience for guests during meal times. Bravo! The game drives were the absolute highlight of our stay. Damian is an exceptional guide - he is not only very knowledgeable, but he has a clear passion for conservation, the wildlife and the ecosystem. Damian offered incredible insight into the wildlife and was also very persistent in uncovering where the wildlife may be hiding (especially as we were there while it was pouring with rain). No request was too much, and no question was too silly. Each drive was unique and we saw something different each time. Also, a big thank you to Damian for getting us out of the reserve in time for our international flight - the rain had caused some difficulty with the roads but we managed to get to Johannesburg in time. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was completely luxurious, seamless and memorable. The team is committed to excellence and we cannot thank them enough for such a fantastic stay. Other luxury hotels etc. could learn a thing or two from the Babohi team. If anyone asks for recommendations in South Africa, I will point them in this direction.
