Had an issue with our room which was swiftly sorted and we were relocated and upgraded at no extra charge. Restaurant food & breakfast very good. Room very comfortable & clean.

Located alongside the Katherine River and Nitmiluk Gorge, Cicada Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar. It is a great hotel in the middle of the national park. The food was probably made by a French cook, so the best we have had in Australia so far. The rooms are big and well equipped. The location is excellent.

Gorge View Bush Retreat: Katherine NT is offering accommodations in Katherine. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Just had a lovely relaxed feeling. Kate made us feel welcome on her arrival. The sunset deck and star gazing was fantastic, easy to walk too we didn't think it was necessary to take the car but can understand that walking back in the dark might not be everyone's cup of tea.

The crew was extremely helpful even after the business hours. The parking lot was under the apartement, which was standing on 4 legs. There were a huge balcony. The shower was perfectly fitted - there was no flood when you got a shower. Air conditioning, ventilator, comfort and home-feeling.
