The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. The room was modern and very clean, and the location was perfect for us as we were attending an event only a couple of minutes walk from our room. As there is no breakfast available, we were provided with a 10% off voucher to a local cafe which was a short walk down the road and had amazing food. We felt very comfortable during our stay and we will definitely be booking with Campaspe Lodge again next time we stay in Echuca!

The hotel is well located in the middle of the city, about 10 minutes from the station, but there was no noise from outside in the room. The room was comfortable and in good condition, with a large bathroom in excellent condition. Everything was spacious enough that travelling with a friend we both had plenty of space. Not super cheap but for local standards it seemed to be very good value for money. I'd definitely return.

The facilities were amazing! Nice large pool, tennis court, games room, spas and more. It was pretty quiet due to the time of year but when we went so we had free range of all of the facilities which were amazing. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The room was very spacious and right next to the pool, it was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The room had a huge spa bath which was so awesome. Bed was very comfortable too, the tv had all the sports channels, movies and even chrome cast. All in all we had an amazing time.

Altura Albury is a nice hotel in Albury, in the main street and close to all the restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The bedroom is super spacious with a big window, beautiful view over Albury. Very well equipped and comfortable bed.

Didn’t see a lot of Albury. The hockey was why I went there Looked clean, good parking and very good atmosphere. Easy to find places to eat in walking distance, we had dinner at The hotel and a great Chinese restaurant

The Grand Hotel was lovely.

The Grand Hotel was lovely. We didn’t stay there but I’d like to stay there next time. The Spanish grill was excellent. The spice shop was fantastic. We are now on the Boatel river cruise. Fabulous.

Nice checking out wide range of shopping. Very interesting historic port area that made us appreciate the hard, and often dangerous, work done by early settlers. At its peak, it was the third largest port in Australia that handled millions of pounds worth of material that was exported throughout the world. Enjoyed the short cruise on paddle steamer ‘Pevensey’ and guided walking tour with Julie. Also visited Echuca Historical Association, open 10 to 2 pm, packed with information and artefacts. Great coffee and bakery!

Moama is a busy town on the Murray River and just over the bridge from Echuca with its Heritage wharf and paddle steamers. Really enjoyed wandering around the wharf and a trip out on the paddle steamers. Had the best Chinese meal at the Double Dragon Chinese restaurant at Moama and took a drive around the area to view the silo art.

We were attending a funeral and all needs with the facilities and cabin. We are very familiar with Wodonga/Albury and the North East townships. If we need to come back we will stay longer at your park and take in the region for a get-away holiday. You came and have become highly recommended.

It was our first stay in Swan Hill.

It was our first stay in Swan Hill. We used it as a base to visit regional towns Sea Lake, Birchip and Donald. We chose this motel because of its proximity to the Murray River. The township itself was very well laid out with plenty of attractions for visitors.

Yarrawonga, on the Victorian side of the bridge, is the main commercial center of the area. Many Pubs, Take-Away shops and Cafes with most of the "Majors" also represented in town. Best value place to eat and drink is Club Mulwala (particulalrly if you become a Social Member for $5.00); The most expensive and disappointing place we found, was the Criterion Hotel; $17.50 for a 250ml 'House Wine' is the most we have paid anywhere in regional Victoria! Activities at Lake Mulwala are centered on the Lake that was formed when the Murray river was dammed, many years ago. Club activities and venues are plentiful. A varying range and cost of Accommodation can be found in both Mulwala and Yarrawonga. Easy to get to by Car and V-Line bus services from Benalla. there is a daily Train connections to Southern Cross Station in Melbourne as well.

The eateries are great.

The eateries are great. Highly recommend Pickers Cafe for breakfast (zucchini and corn fritter stacks with avocado is my choice). Tulleries at De Bortelli is my favourite - my 3rd time back there in 18 months (and we live 1.5 hours away). Grace is also a great place to lunch. The township has a lovely vibe. Where we stayed was an easy walk to the main street. The park with the war memorial is worth a look. Easy access to public toilets. The IGA liqour has a great range of local wines. Cafe Mechanica has a great motorcycle museum and cafe

Yarrawonga is a play ground for the middle aged traveller...

Yarrawonga is a play ground for the middle aged traveller and the young at heart. Boating, fishing, golfing and plenty of spots to eat and dine out. I recommend the Golden Inn Chinese restaurant @ Mulwala Ski club.

Loved the lay back quiet country style and surrounding nature. Was so peaceful to enable recharging of the human batteries. Stayed on-site mostly but ventured out to eatery "Mates" in Koondrook. Such an easy area to get around minus the rush and bustle of city life.
