The staff was extremely inviting, food and the views! Very spacious and great value for the price!!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Plamen and the entire team for their exceptional support during our stay. When our car broke down, we faced challenges as we are not from Bulgaria. However, Plamen and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, helping us find a way to transport our car to a repair garage. Their leadership, willingness to help, and dedication truly stood out. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are clean and modern, the food at both restaurants was excellent, and the SPA was simply amazing. We highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the warm hospitality we received.

Very friendly staff,superb view,decent breakfast.We had everything we needed in the room.It's not a new building,but it didn't spoil our stay. Free parking was a big plus.Perfect place to relax and enjoy the view from the balcony/our room was facing town/,or from the restaurant terrace. I recomend this place.

The staff is extremely helpful! The hotel is on a walk distance of the city center. The AC is mandatory for the summer days in Tryavna and it was working perfectly fine.

A spacious room, very comfortable, nice staff, enough parking outside, everything was fine.

We stay in the same room every year and every time we have the same positive experience. The staff is very welcoming, polite and accomodating regardless the adjustments we had to make over the years. We love how central the hotel is which makes it very convenient to walk around on foot and to be in the heart of the old part of the town. The hotel itself features some very unique details from the olden days which makes the whole experience even more unique. Everywhere you turn there are these amazing old buildings magnificently preserved.

Location Clean Attention to the details is required to this property so tourist to come back. More consumables: shower gel, shampoo. A coffee shop would be a benefit to the ground floor

Close to the centre and to public parking lots. Quet. Easy to reach by car.
