A Bulgarian city you should visit. The influence of Vienna can be seen in the architecture of old buildings. The city history is long and can be seen in museums and by monuments. Excellent atmosphere in central streets. Nice gardens and places to drink coffee, etc.Guest review byPetarBulgaria - 4.0

Reception-Good Room-Adequate Restaurant-Not up to standard 1. Basic table layout - uninvitingly shabby 2. Waiter service - unprofessional 3. Food not of a hotel/restuarant standard 4. Service - atrocious 5. No manager to assist with our complaints Breakfast- OK but would never have thought we had to queue outside in the cold for a cup of morning coffee. Ruse is a little gem.
