We travelled with our toddlers and the staff did a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable. I felt really safe at the property, even while at one the pools. Speaking of pools, the children’s pool is incredible. Our toddlers had so much fun going down the mini slides they didn’t want to leave.

    There isn’t to do around the hotel, the city is just an inland city with lots of attractions for young people. The most of big supermarkets are far from the city center and the location of the hotel isn’t that safe as the most Brazilian cities.

    For an haras, there is very little of nature. Few animals like chickens and other birds were completely locked up. We couldn't see it. Only 2 horses, not very inviting site for a hiding. There are no trails for walking. Only the road.

    HOTEL IS OLD,NEEDS UPGRADES FRONT DESK STAFF NOT FRIENDLY BAD MANAGEMENT: -I waited for service at the pool for an hour. I went to front desk to complain, they said someone would be there in a bit, still took another half hour to have pool service. - I order one type of drink but it came another. -Out of the 4 machines at the fitness center(which had only 2 treadmils, 1 eliptical and 1 bike) only 1 was working. - Room keys had to be changed daily at front desk because the magnetic strips loose the power by the end of the day. -Hot water in the shower would go on/of making water either really cold or really hot. -No shower cap in the bathroom, when we asked for one at 9pm they told us to go downstairs to get it instead of bringing it to the room -There is a charge of R$5 for each silverware if you need one to eat at the room 😳 **The pleasant points at the hotel were: pool, breakfast and lady who served us at breakfast(Cassia), she was friendly and attentive to customers needs.     Olimpia is a small town that became famous for the thermal waters discovered in the 1950s. The thermas dos laranjais project is complete, it leaves nothing to be desired for first world developments. however, we are in a complicated time, with the pandemic present and active, and yet, people do not protect themselves adequately, walking around the park barefoot and without a mask, there is no social distance, and I have not seen alcohol gel for cleaning hands. We didn't have the courage to visit the other parks because of that. But we visited 2 small museums in the city, free and quite empty. For a walk it is very good. And to avoid any risks and still enjoy the trip, choosing a hotel with a complete leisure area is very useful.

    Love it!!!!

    Love it!!!! I left in love of this city. 14 days spent here let me interact with its people, and they’re amazing. Everything was excellent. It’s culture, landmarks, everything is interesting. Uber service is ridiculously cheap. The great variety of shopping malls with great prices is amazing. The town center is intact in sense of stores. You can breath the joy of Ribeirao’s people. I travel globally a lot and just can say that I left with a great impression. Sure can say is on my list of those places that got deep in your heart and you know you have to come back and you just hope it’s charm never fades away. Ribeirao Preto left in me the desire to live there, and that’s something you can’t say often of a place you visit.
