Great location, cleanliness, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and was perfect for our family of four. Appreciated the nespresso machine in the room and the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. The heated garage and driveway were very nice as well.

Loved the location of our cabin. It was close to Canmore and Banff, but we loved the remoteness of where we stayed. We even saw a grizzly bear grazing on dandelions just 20 yards from our cabin. As for the cabin itself, I don’t even know where to start. We loved everything about it. It was huge and my husband and I joked that it would be a perfect size home for us when we retire. It was extremely clean and everything was modern and up-to-date. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were probably my favorite of eveything. They were the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. It made it hard to wake up every morning. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay here again.

The room/suite was much bigger than expected, loads of facilities, pity we were only there one night. Main draw was the washing machine and a separate room for our daughter to sleep in as she had been sharing with us for most of our trip! On a quiet road with a fabulous deck around the room, it would have been used more if we were staying longer.

It was perfect. Loved getting the bus passes included so we could just pop in to town with ease. Loved the open fire and coffee in reception. Loved the hot pool and facilities around that. Loved the open fires, kindling and logs in the rooms. Loved the washing facilities as we needed these after being on the road for 2 weeks at that point.

Picturesque Mountains, Hot springs were amazing , however they were overpriced- traveller pays 3 separate fees to enter Hot Springs: a Resort Fee & Park Fee & Hot Springs, then Entry Fee for Hot Springs Usage. As frequent National Park users, these 3 fees were WAY too much for those of us just wanting to visit the Hot Springs for this occurrence. These combined fees for only a short visit were NOT appropriate. It should be scaled down to one fee for a visit to the hot springs, then add on a separate fee if visitor wants to explore the Park.

When we last visited Canmore in 2015, it was a good alternative to staying in Banff which is more expensive and a lot busier, and I fell in love with its location. Since then though, a lot more holiday and residential accommodation has been built and the quiet, small town vibe has been lost and it is more like a busy mid-sized town where demand for parking, tables in restaurants and even pavement space is a battle. The view of the mountains is still glorious though but it is no longer the place that I would love to live if I could.

Banff is lovely.

Banff is lovely. Cominng from tropical Queensland we were in aww of the mountains, all the flowers and architecture. People were friendly and helpful. I didn't think were overpriced. Just watch if you are buying fruit it can be priced per Lb or per KG. Got me a couple of times. The Roam bus network was flawless and super easy to use. Had we stayed longer we would have done more routes on it.

What a trip I had. Banff is beautful.

What a trip I had. Banff is beautful. Everywhere you look it is like looking at a postcard. I can't believe the beauty all around. The mountains are huge and the the colour of the water is spectacular. We used the public bus transportation to get around and it was so efficient. There are tons of souvenir shops on Banff Avenue.. Try to get a Beaver Tail or a Cows icecream when there.
