The restaurant which opens up post 6pm has the best pizza in town. Their breakfast also had a great spread. However, the best part of the property were the staff. They were kind friendly and helpful. My wife fell briefly sick and had to go to the doctor at night. We didn't have a car , one of the team personally drove us. We were so grateful to the property and the team. We will visit again not just for the spectacular property and its location but more so for the wonderful people who work there from the front desk to the kitchen chefs to the room cleaning person. They were all great.

Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. An amazing experience! The location is perfect, just across from Interlaken West train station. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The staff is wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and delicious. Plus, there's 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and fresh water from a machine at the reception. There's nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay!

Very comfortable bed and the room with the view worths the extra price. The staff is very kind and always available to help. We will definitely go back.
