Incredible and historic guesthouse, with a multi century history. Very well maintained and upgraded bathrooms. A nice restaurant below, but we did not have time to try the menu. Would absolutely return!!

This might be one of the best stays ever, I made the reservations as it seems to appear several times when I did search for a property near Meiringen. It seemed everybody was so enthusiastic so made the booking. Wow, already when we arrived the surrounding is so amazing beautiful, the room has a lot of windows to just enjoy the view. We sat outside on the beautiful porch enjoying the million of stars. There is a free espresso machine near the lobby, a water heater for hot drinks, they sell some beers too. The place is soo clean, it seemed we where the only people there but it was full. You can use the washing machine and dryer. There is a beautiful garden around the property as it was once the school of the village. There is also a lot of parking spots in front of the place. Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful. The owners are so friendly, so helpful, just perfect.
