Absolutely incredible location, as close as you can be to staying in a castle. Friendly staff that were happy to accommodate our late arrival and early departure. Really clean facilities.

The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

This hotel really surprised me, the service quality was way higher compared to other hotels I visited in Switzerland in a similar price range. You can really see how they put attention into the smallest details. Hotel staff was prepared and professional. The location is in the heart of the old town in a historical building.

Great location with breathtaking views and walkable sights and restaurants with comfy bed, spotless lining and all basic amenities. Very friendly stuff, easy check-in, easy on-premise parking. The room and shower is small, but the price is even smaller taking into consideration the value you get. Highly recommended, if you looking for an enjoyable place within a tight budget.

Breakfasts were filling and much appreciated. Typical European breakfast. The manager graciously had housekeeping clean our laundry (for a very reasonable fee) which saved us a lot of time and money while on our extended vacation.
