This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. Also an underground garage!

There is a Saturday market next to the playground (which our toddler loved). Another playground about 30 minutes stroll around the lake. There are easily a weeks worth of enjoyable day trips. Supermarkets around the corner, which the Swiss seem to love. Kitchen is excellent. Note: We restarted the internet box when we arrived because it was running sluggishly, worked fast after that.
