The room was small but commensurate with the low tariff. Breakfast was huge. It was a set menu. I would have liked the opportunity to order a smaller breakfast (e.g., toast or a bun). Excellent restaurant however. Dinner was great.

Location - perfect. I booked this place as it was walking distance to the offices I needed to get to and it didn't disappoint. An easy walk there, and a great location to other amenities. The lounge was quite the bonus as well. A nice way to chill after work without worrying about where to go for dinner and wrapping up with drinks as well. A good way to meet other travelling workers at the same time.

My experience of stay in Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Putuo from 8 to 11 July 24 was excellent. It's location and services were very well. Just 5 minutes from Longde Metro station make it very nice place. Breakfast buffet was very good with variety of choices. I had twin bed room facing Sozhu creek was very comfortable with excellent outside view, I really enjoyed my stay there. Thanks to all at service in Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Putuo.

Extremely convenient to airport, with great shuttle bus service - early and later pick-ups and drop offs available. Also had full restaurant for dinner and then breakfast the next morning. Also loved the coffee bags that were provided in the room (as well as tea)!

Hotel has well equippd gym and indoor sweeming pool on floor 4. Did not use the dinner ara for breakfast as in the mornings I eat very little, however apart of the pod coffe machine in the room, at the loby there is a freshel baked pastery counter offring also salads and coffee at reasonable price. There is a Shanghai tube station next to the hotel, very convenyent, cheapest and fastest way to travel in Shanghai.

Fantastic breakfast, dinner - not so much (adequate though)

Breakfast is excellent. Gym is well equipped and available 24/7. Friendly staff. Restaurant carry good food for lunch or dinner, great beer available. Excellent location with train station, metro, shopping, all walking distance.
