The staff are full of service mind. I have asked them to have a sugar for making my coffee in the room, the hotel owner was running to find it and gave to us keenly. The hotel owner and son has incredibly gentle and helpful. The other staff also helped me to pay to the taxi when we had problem with the payment App. The last day of our stay was so impressive. The hotel owner drove us to the airport and gave us Chinese traditional teas with a big smile. The location is great, near to the night market along the river and hotpot restaurants around. The beds are so comfy and also the bedding wares are good quality. We felt like home in the hotel. Impressive and warm welcome. I definitely recommend this place.

There is free laundry machine with dryer. The room is well heated, well organised and most importantly very clean. The staff are not fluent with english but they try their best to communicate(can use google translate they can understandverywell)
