Our family arrived at the Xiaoshan airport midnight. The hotel is connected to the terminal with a short walking distance which made it super convenient. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

The hotel is ideally located 8 minutes drive using the hotel free shuttle from/to the airport. The room was spacious, perfectly equipped, plenty of power and USB plugs, clean and spacious. The bed AND the pillows were probably amont the most comfortable I slept on! Also, the online room service ordering system is very practical and efficient.

The location is near to West Lake within walking destination. There are plenty of shops to explore during at night within walking distance, with metro easily accessible just right next to the hotel. The hotel staff is super friendliness and kind. I run into issues with the dryer due to the machine malfunction and the staff offer the help to rotate the cloths for me when I am out for the day to explore the area.

It’s a very small boutique hotel right along the river in the main part of town. The lady host there was one of the most kind people I have ever experienced. She made sure all our needs were met. Including a scooter ride to & from the main tourist area. As well water and she went out of her way to ensure our comfort. Kudos to her!!!

    Best thing about this hotel are the staffs, Hotel staffs are polite and customer oriented. All of them are very nice and kind, especially the ones wearing green who book taxis for guests. They are very kind and helpful to guests. You can ask them about everything, where to find this, any spa near the area etc. Front desk staffs especially the men are all nice and happy. The manager on duty even carried my luggage to the taxi during check out and he's a manager. BEST HOTEL STAFFS in YIWU. 2 thumbs up to all of you. Keep it up! Breakfast has a lot of choices, good enough for the price. Bed was comfortable and room was super clean. This hotel is quite old, but VERY CLEAN. Wifi was fast. District 2 is beside the hotel, no need for taxi. I can't think of anything negative to say in this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

    Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Jen and the staff were so accommodating, flexible, and available to provide us with excellent service. Everything was so easy and simple, very different from large hotels with tons of rules and requirements. Every meal was amazing. Definitely order the whole chicken!

    My favourite City in China used to be Beijing, then I went to Hangzhou. What a wonderful city to explore. So much to see and do. My highlights were Zhu Bingren Museum of Contemporary Art in Hefang Street, the main tourist street. It's amazing bronze and metal work art. Another highlight was the Nansong Deshou Palace site museum. Excellent. The Westlake is beautiful, as are all the lovely parks around it. Easy to walk around and well lit at night. Very safe. The silk museum was also worth the visit. Otherwise, just mingle with the people, try the variety of foods and snacks on offer and enjoy the beautiful Chilled City of Hangzhou.

    I was initially booked at the hotel for 2 nights as I had a booking at another property. When i arrived the assistant manager Sarah gave me such excellent service as well as an early check in that i cancelled my other booking and extended my stay at this Hotel. I would highly recommend Sarah to be the actual manager and not just assistant manager as She has excellent English skills and works very well with the foreign people. Her service is beyond excellent and the property is very well located.

    Very calm and clean city.

    Very calm and clean city. Though it is an industrial city never feel like an industrial city even if you go to the factory areas. Roads are built well and trees are planted along the sides of roads. Big thing that catches my attention was city is noise free. Couldnt hear the sound of a motor bike or even metro train sound. many places government made noise protection fences on bridges, metro rails. Electrical shooters are very common and essential vehicle here seems to be.. Very nice city

    our 5 day stay was just right for our purposes visiting family. The local attractions - West Lake; Longjing tea village - means for general tourists a stay of 2 days would be sufficient to see the sights and get a good sense of the place. As there are few organized tours, book a car and guide to make the most of the stay.

    Ningbo City is a place where you have all the Western services you need without paying the rate that Shanghai City has or Beijing's crowd. It has beautiful parks near the hotel, and the nightlife is alive. On a lovely night, don't miss the river cruise when the city is full of lights.

    From the moment I arrived I liked the feel of the city. It was warm and friendly. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best during my stay therefore I didn't see as much as I would have liked. What I did see didn't disappoint. Apart from the known tourist attractions there was also a lovely shopping precinct near the lake for those who like labels and fashion. Also small stalls selling well made and original handicrafts.
