The staff are all very happy, polite, helpful, considerate and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm so happy i picked this hotel to spend my birthday at as they made it so special. They generously upgraded my room and gave me a delicious chocolate cake, lovely rose and complimentary drinks and fruits. Many hotels could learn a lot from this exceptional hotel and exceptional customer service. The room was immaculately presented, so clean, lovely, new, fresh smelling towels and luxuries toiletries. We loved everything! Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends. Customer service is the best I've experienced in any other hotel I've stayed in, in Cyprus! A real gem! Lives up to it's name "Thymises" which means something you will remember (memorable) in Greek.

The location of the hotel is great, the stuff is friendly and nice. The view from the room and the sauna is fantastic. the best variant for a short holiday to stay. The area around is good for hiking and walking around.

The staff was always kind and eager to assist us. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had—you can order anything you like from Desposyni Kalpana or the head chef Michalis, and they will prepare something fresh and delicious for you!
