The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, at the reception and in the dining area. They were ready to do anything with great energy and enthusiasm. I have very high regard for Ms Bhavna, who attended to us at the reception and many other staff members whose names I do not remember. Breakfast was good, and the preparations were to our liking.

Location, location and location

Excellent location, close to the train and bus station, essential shops within walking distance, I loved the online check-in process since my flight was delayed and I arrived practically at midnight and I was able to do it easily early online.

Conveniently close to the airport. Close to train station and a supermarket. Very clean. Very quiet. Reception staff was very helpful with attractions and other info.

The hotel is in a great location, the main city attractions can be visited on foot. Good connection to the airport and Alexanderplatz by train. The room is spacious, clean with comfortable beds. All recommendations.

The cleanliness, the helpful staff. They made the check in seamless and also gave us an early check in. Whenever, we needed something in the room like a hair dryer, it was brought up in no time. Best of all, was the clean bed linen, daily change of towels and good daily housekeeping.

It was ideal for spending the night. I came to see a concert and it was only 20 minutes away. So perfect. Check-in is very quick, in just a few steps you have your key. Their other services make it very comfortable too.

Very clean hotel, soundproof rooms, overall i enjoyed the stay very much. I also felt safe in my room. Bathrooms were good, with shampoo and two towels per person.

Breakfast was excellent! I have another booking from March 24-26, but this time was wonderful. The room was clean as usual, and I love the bathtub, it's big enough for a couple. The hotel is located next to the Berlin central train station, it's easy to find.

Amazing restaurants, bars, friendly people at the reception with an easy access parking area. Great price for such a wonderful hotel. Cleaning done everyday with new towels.
