Freiburg`s surroundings including the beautiful Black Forest are popular for hiking, cycling and winter sports. Plan a visit to the Europapark theme park only 40 km away and easily reached by public transport. The rooms are very spacious and have all the amenities. One room with double bed and one room with a bunk bed. So very comfortable for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom also has a washing machine. The location is very central with great tram connectivity and tram station is just 5 min walk. Tram takes to Freiburg downtown in 3-4 stops and also directly to the main train station. Rewe and DM are also 5 mine walk. On top of it the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Our 3 year old fell a bit sick the 2nd day of the trip and the staff readily extended our checkout time by 2 hours. Strongly recommended.

Definitely the best one on our way from Ireland to Lithuania! Nice and friendly stuff (but be prepared that in the evening time there you will not meet them), amazing location - plenty of lovely paths for walking/running just outside the door and the biggest surprise was breakfast. They feed you the same way they want to eat. I can’t remember I had such an amazing breakfast in my life! 5 star hotel! Will try to get back one day for exploration of Baden Baden and it’s surroundings!
