We arrived late, but Marius at the front desk saved the day with a quick check-in. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with high-quality, practical details. It was a joy to wake up feeling like we were staying in a place where attention to detail truly matters.

Very accomodating staff. We arrived a bit late, just before the kitchen closed, but they held a table for us and the meal was excellent. The family room was large and clean with a very nice balcony and easy access to the lake to view the sunset. Free parking was available in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, we had do leave the next morning so we missed the breakfast that was included in the room rate.

Proximity to a doctor I was coming to see. It is also just at the Starnberg Lake in Berg, a very historical area to explore.

The hotel is so beautiful! So many flowers and the gardens were amazing, the remodel of the Kloster was also very well done. the breakfast was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay!

Friendly staff, great food, and clean rooms.

It was peaceful and the views were stunning but the very best part were the people who worked there. There were all so kind and very friendly.

Thanks so much for having us. we had an amazing stay during Octoberfest. from check in experience, everyone was so friendly, we had a very nice, cosy and quit room, complimentary coffee and water, delicious breakfast. overall 10/10. we love to come back next year.

Location and exceptional staff- front desk, breakfast and cleaning

The staff was very nice, treating us respect even though we spoke very little German. The breakfast was fabulous! We dined in the restaurant several times and were very satisfied with the menu selections! We had an early checkout (6:30 a.m.) and they offered to make a to go breakfast and coffee for us. The accommodations were very nice. It was very easy to travel around the area using day passes for busses and trains.

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The beds were comfy and king sized. I love the separate blankets. Breakfast was phenomenal with fresh eggs and delicious bread plus local meats and cheeses. Loved the made to order lattes. Staff knew our order after a couple days and were sooo nice! The friendly gorgeous cats in the beautiful garden were a bonus! Stoves throw from the lake and ferry. Absolutely gorgeous!

Great food at the restaurant, kind staff at the front desk. Convenient location to Starnberg. Rooms were modern and super clean, and well insulated; it was very quiet. Good WiFi signal throughout the hotel.
