CanadaThis older hotel is a hidden gem- for the price we got a large room with a view of the park- very quiet inside and out- within walking distance of the old historical townsite- nice walk down to the water - 176 steps each way!!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the sauna is only open on the weekend so it was not available during our stay. However, the staff were very kind to give us a tour of the sauna area- super clean and very nice- steam room, hot pool, dry sauna-
The breakfast was to die for- presented very tastefully- so much to choose from.

House is located in such beautiful place, rooms are comfortable and with very nice design and everything is so well thought through. At every step you felt that this place has been made with love. Kitchen is very well equipped. Host is very friendly and made sure we loved our stay and that we had everything we needed. He even brought us grilled meat straight off the grill.🙂 Sauna is also super good! The wooden cottage was comfortable enough for four people wanting to stay in nature, bathrooms very neat, all in good working order. The included breakfast excellent, with a variety for all tastes. Compact city with a very laid back vibe which is easy to explore on foot. Everyone was helpful even though I don't speak Estonian, and overall it feels like a welcoming place. It's not a 'bright lights' kind of city, but a great place to relax and wander at a relaxed pace. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in town, though I only had time to check out Fellinn for lunch and Romaan bar for a drink. Both were excellent - the bread at Fellinn is particularly delicious, and the barman at Romaan recommended me a perfect craft beer for my tastes.
