Mr. Mohammed the front office manager had put down a tremendous afford to satisfy us in our staying with his great positive approach that I believe he deserved a promotion. We didn't enjoy food quality. It was none eatability at our point .We complained that to front office manager who welcomed us at check-in As result he offered us to be treated at a la carte as a result we have satisfied our stay. By the way main Restorant food turned to be better quality next days when we checked maybe first time it was a coincidence as nobody is perfect and even though perfect, can't be good every day though I do understand. Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Resort is located on seafront among palm trees. It features free WiFi in all areas, a sandy beach, 7 swimming pools, 7 à-la-carte restaurants and 9 bars. Private butler services are offered at the private beach and pool cabanas at an added fee. Beach is well served with a beach bar which comes to life at sunset time with DJs and dancers. Beach beds are comfortable and they have windbreakers also. Beach staff are very helpful in setting everything up for you. Beach is super clean. Restaurants are great with a good variety, and the buffet was exceptional. The staff and chefs in the buffet are true professionals. My husband has a wheat allergy and they have a great system where you have a card with any allergies listed. They took everything very seriously, it meant he could relax. Ahmed and his team in the buffet were exceptional. Food was great. My fave restaurant was Salt which is seafood. Liked it´s proximity to the bar. We had a junior suite with a sea view which meant it was one of the closest rooms to the beach. It was extremely generously sized and very comfortable. Super King bed, comfortable. Plenty of fresh water, stocked mini bar etc. I was glad to have this location as I prefer the beach vibe, the sunset bar, also meant it was close to most of the restaurants as well as gym and spa. Blocks 18 upwards were in this location. Also, if you aren´t a fan of the night entertainment, be sure to ask as there were many rooms that had it right by them. There are 7 different pools, 2 with swim up bar, 1 heated. There is also daily classes in a beach area and a beach gym and fresh juice bar. Staff everyone are very helpful and friendly. So made it very easy to relax from the get go. I´d happily return to this resort if I was coming back to Sharm El Sheikh.
