The price is very reasonable, especially in spring and fall The room is spacious and has a nice design. Our kids love the huge pool area, and the meals are delicious and with a huge variety of different dishes to all tastes. What more can one want from a place like this?Guest review byEmmiNorway

Massage with Maria Angel excellent, amazing breakfast served on our terrace every morning (worth every penny of the extra cost). Gorgeous pool and views. A short drive to Agua Amarga for beach and restaurants, but delight to return to after. Eclectic furnishings, large fully stocked kitchen, robes and wonderful long Arabic shirts for the pool.Guest review byRebeccaNorway

Almeria was so unexpected we have passed through on many occasions and didn't realise what we were missing. The people of Almeria are among the friendliest I have ever met in a City or anywhere for that matter. We can not wait to return and explore as much as we can. Because of our circumstances we mainly ate in the hotel. But we did on several occasions eat out. There is a very good Asian and a very good Spanish restaurant very close by and a lovely friendly cafe across the road from the hotel. For those like fast food the 5min walk to the Mediterranean Shopping Centre would make you very happy. There is an excellent bus service to travel around the city.Guest review byPrentice - 6.0

Great apartment but you need to get a taxi to town and they are few and far between there is a bus that comes every half an hour but not all night. The apartment in a development with two pools however there are no beds and you will need to buy your own bed if you want to sunbathe there the only other option is to go the beach club but that will cost you 25 euros per day. There is no safe but apart from that it is a bright modern apartmentGuest review byAndreaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Roquetas de Mar is a charming place that remains relatively undiscovered compared to other more crowded destinations. It has a wonderful local vibe, with many residents still enjoying the area’s authentic atmosphere. While it can get busy during the summer months, it never feels overcrowded like other popular spots. The tapas are absolutely delicious, and the local people are warm and welcoming. The sea is clean and warm (most of the summer). It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean.Guest review byAngieBelgium - 8.0

Aguadulce is a nice district; the hotel is not far from a supermarket, not far from the beach and not far from a taxi stand to go to airport of Almeria. The road which leads from Almeria to Aguadulce is in very good conditions. The Tourist Office is very helpful. The park is clean, well kept and has very interesting tropical and hot weather plants and flowers. There is plenty to explore if one wishes to move around... bars and cafeterias have a good variety of offerings.Guest review byElisabettaUnited States - 10.0

We loved the town of Garrucha in Vera which is a short drive from the hotel. It is a working port with plenty of activity and from the leisure point of view many private yachts moored. Many bars/restaurants along the front with great beaches.Guest review byPeter - 8.0
Really lovely location Quiet
Really lovely location Quiet Good local bars/restaurants even in November Long beach to walk along Quaint squares with children's playgrounds and bars etc Easy to walk around, downhill to the beach, then flat rest of the way Parking limited, but we didn't have a problem Quite a lot of steps plus handrails, for better views Nearest bar, downhill, was excellentGuest review byAnonymous - 6.0
Small and quiet place. Very new, constructions are going.
Small and quiet place. Very new, constructions are going. Would be great to have more greens around. Close to Almería, so it takes only 15-20 minutes to the downtown. It’s also 25-30 minutes from Mini Hollywood and Fort Bravo. Would like to return for the caves visit (seems there are 4-5 interesting caves around) as well as huge national park with many spots to visit.Guest review byMBCSpain - 8.0

Fab bars and restaurants, reasonably priced, friendly staff everywhere we went. Great walks, close enough to walk to Agua Amarga through the countryside - about 7km. Good location to visit the rest of Cabo de Gata. Good shops.Guest review bySarah StreeterSpain - 10.0
Las Negras is a small and unspoiled village.
Las Negras is a small and unspoiled village. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and although it was predominantly Spanish speaking, communication was relatively easy. There is plenty to do around the immediate area of Las Negras with unspoilt beaches and water based activities but we also enjoyed trips to Almeria, Carboneras and Mojacar, all of which are worth seeing. We had a really lovely time.Guest review byAnneUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The area is lovely, clean and very well presented.
The area is lovely, clean and very well presented. We were there for the night of San Juan fiesta and noticed that there was no rubbish anywhere, hundreds of people enjoying themselves. The rubbish bins were full but people still placed their rubbish at the bin area. We went to the port and found a delightful restaurant called 'Marios' it was a lovely experience, friendly staff and tasty food. There are lots of bars to choose from.Guest review byEtticutSpain
