Set in the countryside 6.2 mi outside Cuenca, Hotel Boutique Pinar offers luxurious rooms with terraces overlooking its garden and swimming pool. Some rooms have a private pool and others a hot tub. Was a great stay, the room provides full privacy what was exactly what was searching for. Have a great bath tub (works perfectly) + private pull that are perfect and the organic breakfast amazing(they even adjusted it for our food restrictions and brought it fresh on the time we settled). There was also a small fridge and microwave in the room that allowed us to bring food to the room. Most of all, all staff respect our request for privacy, was an amazing stay for my partner and I.

The rooms are beautifully done and the breakfast prepared personally by the owners and served in the shared space was outstanding. We decided last minute to find a location outside of the bigger towns on our way from Madrid to Alicante and picked Alarcon. Wow! It was just pretty and unique and the best experience.

Breakfast was superb. Host were very welcoming and very friendly. They could communicate in English and would talk about the nearby areas for recommendations. The dinner was again out of the world. Everyone in the reviews have mentioned the breakfast which is totally true. The dinner is not mentioned enough, so I would mention that it was like a 5-star meal. The chicken burritos were the best and I have not tasted better burritos ever. There were local dishes, cheese, salsa. Best place I stayed in my whole trip to Spain. Don't forget to have a bit of star gazing in the night. With no light pollution around, you could be only mesmerised by the night sky and still want more.
