Perfect base for Reims and also for a Paris daytrip. High level of staff friendliness and professionalism. Our 2 teen kids were delighted with their room. Bonus point for plastic bottles being replaced with reusable glass for guests to use. Good quality breakfast.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, we arrived at night and they were waiting for us so we appreciate the concern and attention. The breakfast was very good, fresh and delicious.

The location is awesome in the middle of the vineyards, close to wine producers. The breakfast was also very good. We had few times dinner in the hotel restaurant. Very delirious, but a reservation is needed.

An absolutely exceptional stay. The hotel is perfectly located, brand new, and extremely comfortable, with very convenient parking. The rooms are spotless, modern and exceptionally comfortable, and complimentary coffee and tea are available for guests. There are also boulangeries, restaurants and supermarkets just a few steps away, which makes the location particularly convenient. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is its wonderful staff. Communication through Booking.com was incredibly quick and efficient, and their willingness to accommodate our needs and requests was truly remarkable. Everyone was exceptionally kind, helpful and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A fantastic hotel from every point of view — excellent facilities, perfect location and truly outstanding hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Not a 5 star hotel. But rooms were air conditioned and the temperature was okay in the room during a 35 degrees celsius night outside. 24/7 reception was also nice.

The hotel was so comfortable and staff incredibly nice and helpful.

We thought the hotel rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent. The only thing we would suggest is if a small kettle in the room to make hot drinks but otherwise everything was really good and good value for money. Thank you so much. We didn’t opt for breakfast as had planned a long journey ahead.
