What I loved most is that it’s perfect for both kids and adults—everyone can find something to enjoy. The service is excellent, and the staff are very professional and attentive to details.
Honestly, one of the best places I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a well-organized environment. Definitely worth visiting again!

United StatesSuch a great place to stay — really welcoming and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast included was really good. The staff were also very easy to deal with and flexible with both check-in and check-out.
We arrived late and they kindly left the key for us, which made everything really smooth and stress-free. It’s also just a couple of steps from the Grand Thermal Spa, which was super convenient. Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Brides-les-Bains and the thermal spas.

The staff is very good. When there were technical problems (plumbing, the door lock) they were immediately fixed.
The three extremely hospitable receptionists girls - Agathe, Caroline and Eva - made all the efforts to help us and to compensate the inconveniences of the building and its messy logistics.

Great location on the slopes, our apartment was large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, we got everything needed for a week of ski, restaurant was good, we were very close to shops and other restaurants.

The ski-in ski out is wonderful. There is a great grocery market on the ground floor. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom is very nice. There is ample locker storage for ski equipment.

Good base for Les Arcs ski area, particularly if coming by train, funicular links direct to Bourg Saint Maurice station, though allow for long walk between railway station and funicular. If apres ski is your thing then from what we saw 1600 isn't the place to be.

The ski resort is small but has all facilities needed and everything is close by. There are lots of different lifts and you can access other villages. As Plagne Bellecote is one of the lowest villages and therefore you have the longest ski ropes.

Nice village to be with plenty of amenities. Would happily stay there again. Do some research on distance to the slopes, because a long walk can ruin a nice holiday. If you go for dinner, try A Tavola (Italian) and arrive before 19:00 to avoid the crowds.

Quick access to some of the harder runs eg.
Quick access to some of the harder runs eg. Comborciere, Malgovert and Bois d'Ours without going up the Aiguille Rouge, but a bit tough to get home for less confident skiers down a fairly steep red run. Be careful of the new Secret red run parallel to the Comborciere if you're not keen on ice too! Much more of a village than Arc 1800 but restricted restaurant choice of 5 or 6 and very little nightlife. Most restaurants are OK but no standouts.

A quiet location in a busy resort.
A quiet location in a busy resort. Good access to other parts of the ski area. 2000m high location provided excellent snow conditions at Easter in a season that was both unusually warm and low on snowfall.
