Excellent large room on 6th floor. Stayed there in advance of our wedding (not at the hotel) and complimentary wine and chocolates were much appreciated.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The room was unexpectedly spacious and very light with large windows, comfy beds and exceptional quality of materials and furniture. Modern and thoughtful design. We've had a great rest and would happily come again. We were proposed parking for 24h for 20 CHF, which we considered a good deal. It's a hotel by a hospital, so may meet patients walking around. That was unusual, but nothing negative - the hotel name gives you a hint.

It’s was even better that I thought - huge parking, nice stuff, new design, warm rooms, tasty restaurant near on ground floor

The room was clean, comfortable, has a massive tv. You can buy a latte machiatto at reception for chf 5.5 if you don't have breakfast included. I needed a vase for my 8th of march flowers and the staff lent me one for the duration of our stay, on a rainy day they lent us an umbrella for the day. Really impressed with the customer service there.

The location. Near to the public transports. The best is very near to the Lake Geneva.

Very nice hotel, located three minutes walk from the train station and one minute from a metro station. Large single room, with a very comfortable bed. Well equipped, even with iron and ironing board. Good wi-fi connection. Extensive breakfast buffet, with a multitude of products, including hot products (bacon, eggs, sausages).

The hotel was in an ideal location to visit the lake area by car. The room facilities were adequate. The room was ideally sized and very clean. The view from the balcony was especially magnificent! I highly recommend visiting the Lavaux region during your visit.

Considering that walking around Lausanne is an issue:), we really appreciated the location at the very heart of the city and the closeness to the metro station. And the open buffet breakfast was rich and delicious.

Excellent location! The hotel is right at the metro station. For us it is convenient to go to either Geneve and Lausanne. We arrived quite late but the reception lady was still there and kindly helped us with checkin.

Beautiful circular building, lobby is impressive with fauna and decor. The rooms were modern style very appealing to the eye and provided a fantastic nights sleep. We had an inward facing room and the view over the outdoor seating area was brilliant. The hotel itself is a short (but steep!) walk from the main Lausanne train station (which is also just across the road from the metro entrance, a funicular railway that spans from the bottom, lake side Ouchy- Olympique all the way up some 700m Croisettes). Therefore a very accessible hotel from public transport, but caution to those short of breath. Very kind and helpful staff, also. I was sad to only be staying one night! Would highly recommend to others.

Very nice hotel. Kids friendly 🙂 Every floor has room for kids to play. Stuff is very helpful and friendly.
