Newquay, is a beautiful Cornish coastal town with great facilities, a variety of bars, and restaurants, and activities. The activities involve: a zoo, crazy golf, lush floral parks, cinema, and spacious well maintained beaches with option for water sports if you're fit enough. The Aquarium is beautiful and well worth the money.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The beaches were huge, pristine, almost white sand and with great facilities but we particularly loved the amazing Tate gallery and Barbara Hepworth house. We also found that every local person that we met, both in the galleries, shops, restaurants, bars and the wonderful jazz club (The Western Hotel) were extremely friendly, helpful, talented and knowledgeable.Guest review byJaniceUnited Kingdom - 10.0

a very interesting town with a long promenade by the sea , wonderful gardens , small and interesting gallery-museum several worth to see surroundings in one day visits, nice food and pubs. The beaches were easy to reach but the water was dirty. Few hotels, very helpful staff, easy to get around by foot and by train and buses.Guest review byLORA GKIZAGreece - 10.0

Loved the interesting shops and good selection of cafes, bars, restaurants etc. The fish and chips at Harbour Lights were great and we really enjoyed the tapas restaurant Bodega. Able to explore everything in Falmouth on foot if you are based close enough, parking the car every day can be costly. Enjoyed getting the ferry to explore St Mawes. Josh of Wake & Ski was a great instructor for our teenagers trying water skiing for the first time. The Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek was lovely, and just a half hour drive away. Everybody was very friendly, there's a lovely atmosphere in Falmouth.Guest review byJulie - 10.0

St Austell town centre is dated and needs some TLC , but around the ring round is everything you need to make your stay great. Big Asda, lots of resteraunts, and the usual chains. There is some amazing beaches, countryside, walks in and around St Austell. And , it's a brilliant base for all things Cornwall, very well connected. Carlyon and Petewan beaches are fantastic. All in all, really good.Guest review byAdamUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Bude - what a beautiful place! Great for surfers, beach-goers, walkers, shoppers and pasty lovers. Ideal for both families and couples. Lovely atmosphere at night, and some nice eating and drinking places. Tidal pools were a bonus and lovely for a relaxing swim. Just an hour away from Padstow, Boscastle, Tintagel and Hartland Abbey.Guest review byJulieUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Apart from the cathedral there was not much else . We had based ourselves in Truro to visit Tresillik National Trust which in spite of being in great location was rather dissappointing having visited Lanhydrock earlier in the day which was superb. The house in Tressilick was very limited and appeared to be mainly used in lieu of the more usual excellent NT restaurant.Guest review byRogerUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Busy Cornish harbour town with plenty of gift shops , takeaways , cafes and restaurants . We ate Fish & Chips at Catch , which we gave 10/10z. We had takeaway from the Peking garden . We all enjoyed our dinner at Suggkers Cott . We finished our week at the Sardine factory which was good . There are lovely beach cafes at Millandreath & Talland bay !Guest review byAmandaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Padstow is a busy tourist location, early morning is the best time to pop out for breakfast/coffee before the crowds arrive although most places do not open until 10.00 am. The surrounding area has so much more to offer, coastal walks / bicycle rides / paddle boarding and surfing.Guest review byNicolaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Tintagel is wonderful, and it’s very easy to get around, even when travelling to nearby places such as Boscastle. I visited the Old Post Office, an amazing building that is absolutely worth seeing. And, of course, Tintagel Castle! The walk there is spectacular, and the views from the castle are breathtaking. The castle itself is fantastic, with an incredible atmosphere.Guest review byDeboraUnited Kingdom
