Myself and my boyfriend came to the Pentland Shepherd Huts to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best time! The hut was extremely clean and comfortable, absolutely perfect for a romantic weekend. It is an amazing location as it didn't take us too long to get into Edinburgh but we also weren't too far from lovely little towns such as Peebles. Lyn was great with communicating and we even got to meet their pygmy goats and shetland ponies, definitely a highlight of the trip! The hot tub was also heated for our arrival which was a great way to settle into our weekend. Would definitely recommend to other couples or friends who want a cosy weekend away!

It was very cosy, modern technology for the lights and heating. Compact but enough space for a couple. The spa was the cherry ontop. Extra little gestures for the experience also like hot chocolate for coming in from the spa etc.

Stable Cottage provided us with a truly delightful and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the generous size of the cottage, offering ample space to unwind and feel at home. Comfort was clearly a priority, and we found the cottage to be exceptionally well-equipped and furnished. One of the standout features was the lovely garden, a true haven of tranquility. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and informative, making us feel instantly at ease. Their helpfulness and attention to detail greatly enhanced our experience. They were readily available to answer any questions and provided valuable local recommendations.

I loved how welcoming and warm it was! Staff went above and beyond. Me and my mum stayed here for a family wedding. We arrived early and they had our room ready as fast as they could! We went to dollys tearooms to wait and one of the staff were so welcoming, especially a worker called Brain! As I said he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! They had refreshments in room, such a nice touch! Everything was clean tidy and absolutely beautiful decor! If I was coming to Edinburgh again I would defs rebook to stay here. A beautiful relaxing vibe!!
