The price was good and I had access to a small balcony which I didn't expect, but I liked it a lot! The location is great, it's very near to many places and even there's a mall 15 minutes away.

The hotel was right in the heart of Zona 10 with all of its cafes, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, but once inside your room you really didn't sense any of that...and you certainly had your choice of places to sense it when you stepped outside. I felt quite safe walking around, even in the wee hours of the morning. The room was quite nice with two queen beds (I believe) lots of space, and everything was quite clean. Breakfast is buffet style but there is also a station to request the preparation of your eggs, and I found it all delicious. There was a bit of construction happening in one part of the hotel so I didn't see the entire space but it didn't even matter.

The food was exceptionally delicious, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend it.

For our needs the Location was convienent to our needs. Your staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was the perfect location for us. Every place we needed to go was walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. What really made our experience stand out was Benjamin at reception. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. His service truly made us feel welcome. Everything was LOVELY. The staff was nice, attentive, informative (they even reminded us our stay included airport transportation which helped us a lot). They sell snacks, water, a few toiletries, etc and all the staff is polite. The location is great too and in what feels like a safe area.

The rooms are new and big, the hotel’s facilities are good and well maintained. The restaurant is fine and the breakfast is great. The location is perfect as Zone 10 seems quite safe and there is a very good shopping center just next to the hotel (accessible by the main entrance) and with a lot of different good restaurants options. If you need to move around Guatemala City or you need to arrange business trips you can arrange everything through the front desk (highly recommended).

This is a calm and confortable place to stay. Very convenient location, near the airport.

Great downtown location. Very hot shower. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you. Comfortable bed. Was easy to get an Uber right outside my door. Short walk to tiendas, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food and market. Fruit stand next door. Bus stop right outside. The Presidential Palace and La Torre supermarket are nearby.

It’s located in a very nice area, the rooms are very clean, we had a nice stay.

Cozy Hotel with a nice little garden in the inside. Some people of the staff speak very well english and are always helpful.
