Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

Newly built, the staff is very helpful for anything you asked them to do. Me and my friend stay in a twin room which the Internet not working. They changed us to double bed room and added extra bed 👍 the hotel still not finish building, they still do some work on some floor.

    I was in Delhi for my son’s medical treatment at Fortis Escort Hospital. I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks (May 27 to June 17, 2023)! The hotel location was excellent! proximity to the Fortis Escort Hospital, eateries, pharmacy and shops was another great advantage. The hotel in general was very clean, neat, and the beddings were very comfy. The staff were very polite and helpful (always smiling even if you are making a complain) from the gate, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Heena (housekeeping) she was so nice and dedicated to her job and has been so nice to my child always making animals with towels for him, the restaurant team that made us feel at home away Pradeev, Khusboo, Jevand, Avinash, Himaushu, Krishna, Rajesh, Pretem to mention afew and of course Thei (the Pan cake queen!) for their excellence and making us feel so at home. I want to give a thumbs up for the Chef de cuisine Mr Arshi who ensured we had our food is as we requested, I say thank you! I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. My sincere appreciation also so to Mrs. Sharda and Miss Priyanka for the wonderful decorations, gifts and cake on my son’s birthday we can’t thank you enough it really made my son’s day! Thank you Mr Sunil at the barber shop for the African hair cut! I will definitely be back whenever am in New Delhi, India. Dhanyavaad!!

    The stay was good. Room was clean and had all amenities including bed, shower etc was good. I especially the gym and cafe. Gym equipment were well kept and working, water & towel in the gym is nice touch as well. Buffet speed was fresh and food tasted good. Staff working in cafe were energetic and cordial. Shivangi helping at the buffet was polite and checking in on customers and was exceptional in service. Utkash at the reception was courteous and helped me get airport shuttle.

    The hotel is beautiful. It reminds me of Italy with marble throughout. Very helpful & friendly staff, extremely clean, food was very good. Mennu who works in the restaurant was very professional and extremely helpful, spa was a dream as I had 3 services: massage, haircut and pedicure. This is our new go-to hotel in Delhi. We will be back next month. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

    “Service - Amernities - It's All at The LaLit” Stayed at The LaLit on three occasions during the month of October. From the check-in, quality of room, bed, shower, amenities, porters... all excellent. The check-out is a tad slow; and the e-rickshaw drivers outside the hotel are definitely not trustworthy...and it's a n easy ten to fifteen minute walk to Connaught Place...

    We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a deluxe executive Suite. The rooms were massive, and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It is sad that we stayed here only one night. The breakfast buffet was exhaustive and tasty. They even have 24/7 room service.

    New Delhi being the capital of India, it has all the facilities of a capital city required one would prefer or ask for. I hope it maintains it status for all future times and remains as a capital city. We had visited Rastrapati Bhavan, India Gate, National Craft Museum, National Museum, Haus Khas, Dilli Hat, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, Ugrasen Ki Baoli, Etc. Also attneded marriage of the daughter of our family friend for three days and had put up at his farm house and 3 days we stayed at Hotel Hans.
