Location is excellent, not too far from airport (approx. 45 min drive) and 500 m from Colva Beach. Staff were extremely courteous, ready to help and offer suggestions. Breakfast spread was diverse and scrumptious, with live options such as dosa and paratha counter. Premium room was sufficient to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (below 10). F&B discounts, complimentary drinks, and laundry were added perks. And special mention about Kids club which comes in handy if weather outside is not supportive.

Location good. Owner is very nice and helpful. Plenty of water delivered to the room daily. Fridge and air con very useful. There is a night watch man which is comforting when you're a woman staying on your own at times. Restaurants nearby are good - especially Singh's family restaurant. The paneer lababdar is amazing. Junos Gelato 2 doors up was a regular for me. Get a loyalty card as you will go again! Nireas and The Mill are great spots for breakfast.

    The photos you shown in bookings.com and actual room is not met... The room is very dirty ... not clean .. bath room in leaking.... No water at morning time .. need to all that person to have water in the bath room.... ITs the worst room ..... and service ....no body available at reception for any help / support.     Panaji was a nice stopover for 3 nights before hitting the beaches. Very relaxed city and easy to get around whether by taxi or by foot. Interesting buildings showing Portuguese influence, and interesting places to visit including the fish market, park along the river and local markets.

    Morjim beach is one of the cleanest and relaxed beaches in Goa. Also, it has good shacks where you can enjoy food and chill. If you like quiet beach walks without lot of noise and chaos, it's best to stay here. Morjim is surrounded by greenery.

    Small town/village on a wonderful bay.

    Small town/village on a wonderful bay. Plenty of facilities, and a real laid back feel. Easy to slip into the restful scene, or to get out and about and explore the local area. Great beach, with plenty to do without being crowded or noisy, and plenty of nice restaurants lining the streets and the beach itself. Very cool place to spend a week or so,

    It’s absolutely filthy rubbish everywhere can be very noisy. Can be quite hassle at the shops. The Beach sharks can be pretty rude and the food is not very good though there are some really good places though there are a lot of Russian people there. I think they are a better places.
