Property was located in a great area and facilities were new and clean. The staff was very attentive to my requests. Mr. Rohit was very helpful in setting up travel arrangements. I left an item in my room after checkout and they’ve been kind enough to help return it to me.

As a solo female traveller, this place was amazing to stay. Everything was perfect, the food at the restaurants and the staff. Room was very large and also the bathroom. Nothing else to add :)

The location is a bit far from center a very near a slum, not convenient to go for a walk

Very nice & Humble staff I requested an early check and my room upgrade, they fulfilled my request very quickly with a smiley face. The rooms are very neat and clean, and the hotel has a very beautiful view of Jal Mahal. Manager Manmohan and receptionist Babita are very supportive and polite.

Chef Gulshan kumar and chef minu were very good. Chef who made dosa in morning was excellent. Reception staff are courteous. Felt at home.

The hotel is remarkable, built and furnished in traditional Rajasthan decor. The hotel is large and around every corner there is a beautiful detail, a unique painted ceiling and/pr a piece of art. Our room was on the main floor and had a little terrace facing a small courtyard with a fountain. It was private and quiet with a beautiful painted ceiling and interesting artwork. The roof top restaurant offered a good breakfast and tried to cater to international tastes; however, the cuisine was largely Indian. We had dinner one night at the hotel and were pleased. The restaurant is beautiful. They had live entertainment with a traditional folk dancer the evening we had dinner at the hotel. The front desk staff were wonderful. We found the mattresses in our room to be a little lumpy and asked that they turn them over, which they did promptly and that made a huge difference. They also offered a good, fast laundry service . Other than the minor issue with the mattresses everything was wonderful. The entire hotel is elegant, clean and well taken care of. Lots of fresh flowers. You need to take a TukTuk or taxi to get anywhere from the hotel as walking is next to impossible due to the volume of traffic on all the main streets

If you're looking for a place as a solo traveler, couple, or with family, or even business - this is a great place to stay! Pool, wifi, onsite restaurant for lunch/dinner, and a breakfast buffet. You even have a laundry service, wellness/spa center, and the opportunity to shop for clothes/jewelry onsite without leaving the hotel if you don't want to. The rooms are very nice and spacious and there are many lounging areas. The palace also has a few rooms that feel like a museum which is pretty cool.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the food for breakfast and dinner was great. It was not in variety but enough items for me to have a meal. I enjoyed the fitness and laundry on 11th floor. Working out and looking out thru the window was awesome! Thanks! .

The staff were attentive and always ready to help. - Great Location: Easy access to nearby attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. - Delicious Food: The meals were fresh and satisfying, with plenty of variety.

I had a wonderful stay at Sugan Niwas Palace. The property has a beautiful old heritage charm with spacious and comfortable rooms that made the stay very relaxing. I especially loved the big swimming pool and the peaceful ambiance of the place. The food quality was excellent, and everything was offered at very reasonable rates. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a heritage stay with comfort and good hospitality

The hotel’s design was amazing – really beautiful! Everything was super clean, and the bathroom was excellent. The rooftop restaurant was exceptional – both in terms of food quality and variety, and the design and atmosphere were perfect. We had all our meals at the hotel restaurant because it was simply the best!
