Location was fantastic and couldn’t be any closer to the West Gate Entrance for the Taj Mahal. Above all though was the exceptional service and help provided by Nik and his team, nothing was too much trouble and I would go as far to say that Nik was one of the most genuine and helpful hosts we have encountered whilst travelling around India. We were 3 people traveling for business in Delhi. The hotel was recommended by some colleagues in India. The check-in was very good, but I had some adjustments to the room because I needed more service. Manager Maya was amazing and very professional in her work. Maya helped us and made our stay amazing at the hotel. We received the best possible service and our stay was very comfortable thanks to Maya. We had a total of 3 rooms that were very clean and maintained a high standard and quality of service. The food, opening hours, visits, gym and pool were simply perfect. The hotel is also close to the important places that a regular tourist desires. Strong recommendation to take this hotel and if there is a misunderstanding, simply contact Maya who will solve the problem. All the staff are professional and do a fantastic job for the guests' well-being. Big thanks ITC and an even bigger thanks to Manager Maya.

Beautiful stay at Neemrara , the fort is amazing with a very delicate restoration , very peaceful and worn ambience. The well coming was incredible, specially Israeli khan who showed me all around and gave me the chance of reading the great collection of books written by Anam Nath , which introduced me in the history , art and magic of this mythical India . Very grateful to those who maintain and bring life to Indian heritage. Looking forward to come back and visit more Neemrara hotels

Overall stay was fair.

Overall stay was fair. Needs improvementent in following areas. 1. Water bottle in room should be minimum 1 litre for each person 2. Fridge needs to be provided 3. Include more food item in breakfast. 4. Breakfast timing should be 730 am to 1030 am 5. Signature should be taken on food and beverage bill immediately after the dining or during room service. 6. Hotel should have duplicate room keys to do the cleaning services and no need to keep the keys at counter. by the customer every time 7. Hotel should take the full payment during check out time and no advance payment during check in. This is the standard practice everywhere. 8. Hotel should have minimum facility such as Gym for doing excercise.

I love that place.

I love that place. I must say people should visit and must try civil line chole bhature, aravali hills and mamy more things about their interest and even they catch all the things in gurgaon they can go to Delhi and udaipur.

My second time to Udaipur, I think it's possibly the best...

My second time to Udaipur, I think it's possibly the best place for a nervous first time India traveller to start it: it's chilled, good food and hotel options, easy to get around with autos, even Uber. We returned to the City Palace for the second time, there's lots to see there, a good 90-120 minutes is needed. We'd spent some time walking around the area, a little shopping, Ayurvedic massages, some tailoring, and lots of eating, drinking and swimming (in the pool at Udaigarh).

Very well planned place. Has all the ammenities. Was really surprised by how well its maintained. People are friendly. The hawkers, auto drivers, and tour guides are a bit persuasive in their tactics to sell something but will piss off once you show no interest in purchasing anything. Please visit it to experience the place and don't trust the hate or false propaganda surrounding the place.

I stayed within walking distance of the Golden Temple.

I stayed within walking distance of the Golden Temple. The food and shopping in the pedestrian area before the main gate sufficed for all my dietary and shopping needs. Found the locals: taxi drivers, rickshaw drivers, shop keepers, homestay staff, eatery staff - all extremely courteous and helpful. The general feeling of brotherhood and safety (as a solo woman traveller) was heart warming.
