Om Sai Beach Huts is truly the best beach stay I have ever experienced! The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the warm hospitality makes it a memorable place. The cottages are beautifully designed, clean, and offer stunning views, being located right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves. It’s the perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beach escape!

The bright and hospitable owner-manager makes staying here a treat. Lucio has an MBA and it appears that he must have majored in customer service. He helped me get an Indian SIM card and a long-distance taxi to my next destination. I especially liked the quality loaner bicycles that made it ever so easy to get to the beach.-

This was my last stop in my trip to India, and what a way to end it! The location is right in the heart of nature, and merges beautifully with it. The staff and owner are so genuinely warm and caring. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant had tasty food with many options. I definitely recommend this place, whether you're a solo traveler or a family or couple, this retreat is much more than just a place to stay. It's a full experience!!

Friendly and accomodating staff. Mr. Mishra, a manager at the hotel will always check on us to ensure we are well taken care off.     My wife and I honeymooned in Azaya for about 10 days in December. This resort is an absolute dream for honeymooners. The food is great, the amenities are fantastic, the rooms are luxurious, the beach is pristine, the staff are professional and friendly. The location of this resort is amazing. It opens up to varca beach, which is clean and quiet. The resort has a lot of beach seats and spaces where you can relax and watch sunsets with your loved ones. Finally, we frequented the public pool which is clean and well equipped. We picked the Azaya XL Pool Suite for our honeymoon and it came with its own pool. It was a little pricey, but the room was luxurious and very spacious. The pool was also clean; we spent most of our time by the pool. The food at the resort was delicious. The complimentary breakfast had an expansive selection of options (idlis, vadas to croissants and donuts) with live counters for dosas and puris. A special mention to Supratim, who made me a delicious avocado toast with poached eggs; it was truly one of the best I’ve had. He also made me a spicy egg bhurji every morning :) Since it was our honeymoon, I wanted to surprise my wife with a candlelit dinner by the beach. Sanjana, the amazing resort manager host was incredibly helpful in organizing this surprise. A special shoutout to Suman and Manohar who were able to accommodate dietary concerns and build a great menu. My wife was floored and we thoroughly enjoyed the “Sunken dining” experience. The sound of the waves, coupled with great company and fantastic food made the evening memorable. Finally, this review would be incomplete without mentioning the resort staff who were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Special mention to Jayant (who helped us check in), Brajendra (who made sure I always got my ☕️) and of course, Sanjana (who was available on WhatsApp for any queries we had) Thank you for a making our stay memorable, we'll be sure to return one day!

    The check in was so easy and was given a complete booking receipt printed on request. The room is old school but really clean and attention to details noted. The only caution is the water heater gets surprisingly hot very shortly (Too hot). The most surprising item was the very modern digital flat screen TV which plays all sorts of files and USB. The only drawback is there is no WIFI . Overall, I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in Margao. . Across the street is the famous Longuinous Restaurant which has been serving meals for over 70 years (?) I highly recommend open from 08;30 -2100 (?) otherwise there are a few chai stalls about 250 meters in front of the hotel for the after 2300 snack runs. There is also a famous ice cream parler right next door to the hotel which is open late. I suggest you bring your water, drinks , and snacks before you arrive at the hotel for your convenience as the hotel restaurant remains closed.

    I like it because it's set on the sea facing side of the hills in Bogmallo. I woke up to a beautiful sunrise and the sounds of waves touching the rocks on the shore. The whole place was well maintained. The cottages are scattered across the property and made of wood giving it a different vibe. This place has its own small private beach. There's only rocks on the beach so you can't really take a swim. There are many other beaches nearby for a dip in the water. The reception staff and the helpers were great. Friendly and courteous. The restaurant serves fresh and tasty food. I would love to visit again..

    The best location in South Goa, right on the beach. The view from our room was breathtaking. The airport is only 10 minutes drive. The breakfast and buffet was particulsarly impressive. The staff was very friendly and helped us in every way including a transportation to the airport. I have been visiting Goa from USA for the past 20 years. I found this jem accidentally and fell in love with it. and plan to stay at this hotel every year. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.

    Presently Goa is going under a lot of good maintenance work. They are operating bridges and also so the traffic become very hectic. Also I noticed that the tourist drive very rash and they don’t see the crowd should be managed like you know the traffic police and traffic department should take care of this thing that it can be a safe for people around their driving And also the pedestrian who walk they walk blindly like they don’t even care about the cars coming in and the bikes driven by tourist. They don’t even care how they drive. They drive very fast and rest. That’s one thing traffic should be controlled in Goa and the traffic etiquette.

    Leisure area was nice .

    Leisure area was nice . But there’s no safety for customers if they get their own transportation sorted. Hotel doesn’t provide any safety or even let the car come into to pick you up . Utter non sense. If we had known this before we wouldn’t have visited this place at all . We had to involve police to calm the situation down. While 7 staff members from the hotel are just starting at us and enjoying the show . Hotel taxi prices are 3xTimes higher than normal prices . And have their own set of rules .

    Less crowds at beaches so good for privacy. Food joints/ grocery shops limited compared to North Goa (except the market place). Most South Goa beaches nearby. Cheaper stays than North Goa. Peaceful place. Transportation costly and may be an issue depending on where you stay

    Not a destination I would recommend unless you love tacky bars on the beach with glaring lights and loud music. Very busy beach and not very clean. I wish I had not wasted 4 nights there. A few good places to eat in this very small town. No sights to see here.

    This is not the first time we are travelling to Goa.

    This is not the first time we are travelling to Goa. Previously also we have travelled, and we had a very pleasant experience. This time my wife was travelling alone. From Madgaon station she had travelled to hotel where she was informed that there is no room available in spite of having a confirmed booking. The hotel persons did not have the courtesy to inform us about the development either by phone or by mail. The location is also such that it is in 5th floor of some Commercial Complex. It was good that we have not paid for the accomodation in advance.

    The area is quite calm and not so urban.

    The area is quite calm and not so urban. Travellers should be prepared for a constant taxi service. Prices are fair but not cheap as in the centre of Margao. ATMs and other services are close to the beaches and accessible within 10min from everywhere. Hospital is available, even bigger and higher class hotels are (if help needed). Restaurants and beach shacks are all of good service and very good food quality.
