"There was a music festival going on where I could see a lot of people wearing traditional clothing and play music. I also spontaneously visited the theatre which was a good experience. As the city has a moderate size everything is pretty close by. I also enjoyed the variety of food offered which is from typical regional one to italian. I can recommend Humus Bistro and Nussbaumer. And the best is the landscape as Bolzano is surrounded by these huge mountains. I also went to Oberbozen by cable car and did a hike to bee museum Plattner and attended Yoga classes from arise Body & Mind in Yoga room as well as in the park of Mondschein hotel. I also saw a lot of people biking. I can defined imaging to come back and do that next time."

"Amazing place to ski once you know where to go. If you take a day off like we did towards the star of your visit you can explore the area which is just stunning and then find better places to ski other than where the guides and hotel staff say to go which are too crowded. I strongly recommend you need a car as local busses looked rammed and with a car you can unlock the beauty of this place. Food is well priced compared to the French Alps and my goodness its top notch from a small local bar with 8 tables to the big places serving 100's its all 5 star quality. I now plan to return and Cycle in spring or Autumn as well its that good."

"Bressanone/Brixen is such a lovely, quiet, northern Italian town, where is surrounded by the mountains and cluttered with kindness. The general hospitalities from the hotels, restaurants and gift shops are mega great. You don't need to worry about any xenophobic attitude from the residents. Plus, the geo-location is perfect if you would like to visit Dolomites or having any mountain climbing. The info centre is quite helpful and the paper map is explicit. To sum up, the town will be one of the best Italian towns i have ever been :) Super recommending undoubtedly!!!!!!!!"

"Ortesei is an amazing place to visit especially if you enjoy the outdoors. We went hiking most of the time and enjoyed the beautiful streetscape. Highly recommend this place to visit, perfect access to the Dolomite region. Just remember to prepare for all weather conditions as the temp can drop quickly in the mountains. Don't forget to visit the local pool, a goldmine if you are a water person swim, spa (in and outdoors) and sauna."

"Everything was wonderful! Super clean, safe and close to attractions we took part in. A great place to hike from, to see the sites and to just sit back and enjoy the beauty all around! Getting to the location was easy...just recommend going slowly around the many turns to get up to the area you're headed....all worth it! We went up the mountain in the gondola and could hike around up there. We also ate lunch at the top and the food was great! Highly recommend! Several local shops were fun to go into. This area has a lot of great hiking available for novice to expert hikers."

"a pretty town with plenty of facilities. Good choice of bars, quiet or lively, for apres ski. Excellent restaurants from the simple pizza to the more a la carte. Friendly staff on and off slopes. Easy drive from Venice airport. Our favourite restaurant was El Pael, the best steak ever! You can also have cheaper pasta or pizza. Staff make good recommendations for wine."
