Its new, friendly staff, clean, balcony, tasty breakfast, garage for parking. Had friendly cat visiting us and wandering around our balcony :)

It's in a nice location. The store is close. They have free parking, the staff is nice, you can get a room with a balcony. You have a lot of options for breakfast, sweet and sour, regular or soy milk, yoghurt. A lot of different tea and coffee options.

we were impressed with the facilities and the flexibility to use their structures. We didn't feel we were guests but we were treated like home owners. they really made us feel at home.

They have an excellent concern for every small thing to make your stay comfortable. The whole staff of the hotel are wonderful. It was really convenient for me because the parking is right in front the hotel

Everything was great! We loved the view from the room’s balcony, also good breakfasts. Clean and nice rooms. Very friendly and helpful personnel! :)

The young man who checked me in was wonderful. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot and strong. The dinner and breakfast buffets were superb and the chef came out to greet us

Thanks to the receptionist for waiting for us until late (around 10pm). We requested a kettle and got it. No iron though. Got a room for 5 person with 5 beds, and it has a balcony. Really nice view and very comfortable. It has an elevator too. Breakfast is also included. Love staying here!

Room was huge, full kitchenette, stove, cutlery, which was perfect as there were very minimal places to eat on an evening round this area with little to no shops, and lots of them closed when we visited. Ideal to have you own food in accommodation. Balcony and view of the dolomites was 10/10. Easy smart check in, plenty of parking and easy to find. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It was student like accomodation, but really nice

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. A special thank you to Deborah at reception for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome and was always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our stay in South Tyrol so memorable!

Great hospitality and guest service. Quiet and convenient location. Perfect for a relaxing long weekend with options for hiking, cycling, running and relaxing and of course a scenic old town with good food.

Staff Angela and Vaina were very helpful and made our stay pleasant and their breakfast was memorable in a nice setting, I would stay there again.

We had an amazing vacation at Santre in the Italian Alps. First of all, the scenery and the ambiance of the hotel were incredible. The food was fantastic, and I want to thank the chefs. In such a cold place, the heating system was designed exceptionally well. The infinity pool was stunning. I hope we can come back again. Thank you to the entire Santre team for this wonderful hospitality.
