Communication with the host was perfect - clear instructions and timely response. Comfortable bed and futon in the loft. The neighborhood is also very nice, with restaurants, coffee shop, convenience stores, subway station very close. Also very quiet but still plenty of people around going about their lives.

This apartment provides free private parking and a lift. The apartment has family rooms. The room was perfect for our family of five. It was very clean and comfortable, and we all had our own bed. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates and bowls, and the bathroom and shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The washing machine worked well. It was easy to use, and laundry soap was provided. There is an elevator to haul your luggage up to the third floor. However, the elevator takes you to the back door, which you cannot unlock from the outside. You have to use the stairs to enter the front door of the apartment. Then you can unlock the back door from the inside, and access the elevator. The location was great! It was a short 4-minute walk to the Gion train station, which is only one station away from Hakata Station. This made it very easy to use public transportation to get around the city.
