Location was right smack in their CBD area so it was very safe with high traffic and convenient as it is 2 stations away from Nagoya Station. Food around is affordable.

The hotel is just some couple small blocks away within walking distance from the big JR Nagoya Station. You can go pretty much anywhere from here and at the time of my stay it also partnered with Legoland Nagoya so it is possible to buy the ticket through the hotel, although I didn't try that.There is a convenient store beside the hotel so you can get food there as well. The room has an adequate space, and the bed is comfy to sleep. It's clean, they clean the room and hand out towel changes everyday unless you request otherwise. The facilities are great as well. The staff understands english to a good degree and very helpful as well. I kinda felt bad having to bother one of them to ask for some changes to use the coin laundry in the middle of the night, but they were kind enough to help. The hotel also hold my package that i send from Tokyo safely until my arrival. I got a really good price when I stay here, I couldn't even believe I got a hotel this good in Japan for the price but it was low season so price might change and fluctuate depending on condition. Overall, a great place to stay with good room, helpful staff and great price! I hope to come to Nagoya again someday :)

The room is a little smallish though clean. The free shuttle to the Nagoya train station is a big plus, likewise the breakfast included.

New hotel with spacious rooms, public spa and sauna are amazing, good breakfast and great location close to city center and bus/train station.

Great location. Close to Nagoya Station and also close to the business and shopping district of Sakae. It is very walkable from the hotel. The staff was also very helpful and ordered us an airport taxi to Chubu Centrair Airport because they saw we had a lot of luggage. They also had no problem speaking English. The rooms itself were very nice too. Spacious and clean with a lot of ameneties that can be picked up in front of the elevator. They also have a cheap laundry service that wash your clothes everyday, if requested. All in all, we had an amazing experience at Hotel Keihan Nagoya. Would 10/10 go there again!

Nagoya meals included in buffet breakfast. I love Japanese continental breakfast cos we can taste both Japanese & Euro meals. Shuttle bus is handy too. Clean & good personal care products provided

The front desk staff were very polite and efficient. The public bath was definitely the highlight of my stay. Rooms were very well designed. An excellent way to sum up my trip to Japan.

I like that it is near the hotel, actually within walking distance around 400 m. Took the shuttle bus for the first few days which was actually longer as there was a confusing loop from hotel to airport using shuttle bus. But for walking, it is just a straight path, and very convenient despite lugging a luggage. Since it is near the airport, taking the meitetsu limited express train to nagoya was quite convenient to go elsewhere. Without this line, it will be inconvenient to go to town. Despite paying more after booking with booking.com, it was worth it as there was breakfast, although from 6 am to 9 am which is quite early. Managed to wake up for the last night and enjoyed the western-jap style breakfast. Roomwise, bed is huge for a single person bur the room itself and bathroom was quite small. However, still quite comfortable if you mainly sleep there and eat there. The housekeeper was always on shift around 9-ish and was very polite, greeting me when I was waiting for the lift at my level. Counterstaff were able to perform their duties but for extra help (beyond hotel services) might be difficult due to language barrier.

The location is very nice since it is only a few minutes away from Nagoya Station by walking. The rooms are small but it is completely fine for a single accommodation and it is clean and has all the necessary amenities.

Everything. The facilities and housekeeping was tip top. The toiletries scent was very pleasant. There are also vending machines in the hotel. There were complimentary coffee and tea too at the lobby. Great hotel! Would definitely return again!
