The most comfortable stay I had during my ski trip. The hosts will drop off and pick up guests at the lifts so you can enjoy the Zao mountain. Not much around the location so be sure to eat before returning to the hostel.

And it was great to have an Introduction into Yamabushi and the traditional prayer in the morning. The location is perfect to tackle the more than 2000 steps up Mt. Haguro.

The hosts are quite helpful and proactively proposed any possible sightseeing locations around the place. We had wonderful dinner and breakfast.

The room is big for solo traveller, although no air-conditioner but the room is cool and I can sleep well every night. There are no restaurants or shop nearby, yet I am bycycle traveller and there is a big supermarket 3km nearby only take 15mintues ride :)
