What a lovely hotel! We were warmly greeted and had a lovely time. The rooms were so clean and the breakfast delicious. Every one was so kind to our children too. It’s walking distance from some shops but the hotel also sorted taxis out for us too.

Great location to start a trip to Namibia. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and snacks.

Amazingly friendly people, from the reception to the restaurant and gate staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Made me want to come back and I will be next time I go to Namibia.

The room was very clean, nice bathroom and living room inside. I think I got an upgrade for the room though because my friends got a smaller room while we pay the same. The location was perfect.

Great location, a quick walk 2 blocks, and there's a grocery store. Short drive to everything else downtown. Very helpful staff in giving directions and recommendations, even called a game park for us to make sure our car could make it through the terrain. Private gated parking off the road. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, a large TV and air conditioning, mini fridge with cups, and a plug-in kettle. There is a cabinet with a safe to keep your belongings protected. They also have a pool! They have a full service restaurant inside the hotel, very generous, delicious portions of freshly made to order food for lunch and dinner. They have breakfast ready every morning with a fresh fruit salad, freshly baked bread and rolls, and a whole assortment of other goodies. Greatly enjoyed our 2 night stay and was a great way to kick off our first time in Namibia. Will definitely stay again, maybe even at the end of our current trip

The pool at the mercure was really nice and maintained well. All the staff were really friendly and the pizza from the pizza oven at the restaurant at Safari court were really nice, reasonably priced. The food was also delicious that we had poolside too. Rooms were comfy and a large size. Love there was full length mirrors. We returned here after our safari as we enjoyed it. The staff, Ronaldo and the lady whose daughter is called blessing, sorry can’t remember her name, both staff were lovely and a real credit to the restaurant. Ronaldo had an incredible memory.

THE gardens and trees and big ,clean and spacious rooms were beautiful.

What a delightful small hotel - beautiful rooms, beautiful communal space and the receptionist on duty was very helpful in helping us with restaurants, transport and finding something to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for me. Short trip to or from airport. Then great rest for the early trip out.

The building is stunning, old but renovated keeping the old charming details.

The room I had was perhaps the most spectacular room I have ever stayed in anywhere, with expansive views on all sides of roaming wildlife and a huge bedroom and bathroom. It was part of a 3 bedroom house but with 2 of the bedrooms and the living room and kitchen blocked off. I believe I was upgraded, though they said I wasn't and when I left they wanted to charge me a higher than agreed on price for the room (but relented when I showed them my reservation), so maybe they just made a mistake. After the game drive my next stop was the airport to go home so I asked if I could change somewhere. They kindly let me change in one of the chalets, which is what I thought I had reserved, and while it was definitely less nice than the room they gave me it was still wonderful. I would definitely recommend the chalets and the room they gave me was also great even at the higher price. The game drive was spectacular. They took us to huge fenced in areas where they keep rescued baboons, hyenas, cheetahs, leopards, and lions. Ok, they're not completely free like in Etosha, but they have a pretty large area, so it's not like a zoo, and you are guaranteed to see them. I didn't see a single cat during 4 nights in Etosha, but here I got to see cheetahs, leopards, and lions, and to see them being fed. We also drove the grounds which were scenic and filled with herds of giraffe among other animals. The grounds of the lodge are beautiful and you can see animals while eating or relaxing in your room. There were baboons by the pool (so be careful with your stuff). The included meals were great. You are in complete wilderness and yet you are about 30 minutes from the airport.

Tastefully decorated, nice ambiance of the suite. The restaurant was unexpectedly good. Service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be back.
