The room was very conformatable, spacious, clean and organized. The bathroom was very big, it had hot water and the hotel gave us basic amenities (soap, shampoo and body lotion). The location is perfect, walking distance to everyplace in the downtown. The staff is friendly and kind, they are very helpful.

wonderful stay for the night on our trip to Swakopmund. The manager was so helpful is helping us sort out some mistakes i had made with my booking. He sorted extra room for us and added beds for kids so efficiently and made it a very comfortable stay. The food was very nice, dinner and breakfast. The animals coming to drink and eat in front of the rooms and lodge was too special. The lodge is safe and secure and looks like a little desert town, i love the design and look they have done. Very quaint but so modern and comfortable at the same time. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to couples, single, business or large family / friends groups. Very accommodating of all

We stayed in a Premier Villa and it was huge! Three big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, plus an upstairs with a big table and a patio where we could watch birds and the occasional mammal. The food was great, huge portions or big buffet. It’s on a part of the game reserve with no dangerous animals so you can walk around safely. We saw ostriches, antelopes, hyrax and hare while walking or looking out our window. It’s part of a nonprofit that’s working to preserve and protect animals while working with the local community. We did the “Behind the scenes tour” which was really interesting and fun, loved the baboon walk! Really glad we stayed here!

I was amused by the hotel location. Very calm and peaceful and you can see the city from above as bonus. The staff is helpful, kind and very welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful with a bunch of options including healthy food.

Location was lovely, on a quiet and beautiful street above the city. Room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and offered a lot of nice little touches, like chocolates and port, teas and coffees, toiletries, and all the things that guests might have forgot to bring. Staff was attentive and had solutions for everything - we had an early check-out the next morning, so they arranged for us to have a "to-go" breakfast to take with us. They also gave great advice for restaurants and things to see and do while there. Our entire experience felt thoughtfully curated for us!

The pool at the mercure was really nice and maintained well. All the staff were really friendly and the pizza from the pizza oven at the restaurant at Safari court were really nice, reasonably priced. The food was also delicious that we had poolside too. Rooms were comfy and a large size. Love there was full length mirrors. We returned here after our safari as we enjoyed it. The staff, Ronaldo and the lady whose daughter is called blessing, sorry can’t remember her name, both staff were lovely and a real credit to the restaurant. Ronaldo had an incredible memory.

This is a beautiful property outside of Windhoek and a great place to stay if being in the city doesn’t capture your interest. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are wonderful, and the chalets are really beautiful, with comfortable beds, lots of pillows, a spacious shower, and a cool vibe. There are two hikes you can do affording you the chance to see some animals if you are lucky - I saw some giraffe and a herd of wildebeest. Animals can be found on the property too, particularly at night.

I believe it’s in a safe area where embassies are located, , it’s protected gated. Helpful receptionist . I thought it was gonna be like a normal hotel in a rundown building turned out it’s nothing like o thought , it’s like a bungalow , cozy and private. The design is super cute. Good value for money .

The people were friendly and assisting when asked questions about the area and its places of interest. Sicilia restaurant the food was delicious, the pizza was the best. To get around town we took a walk, it was safe.

The museum is an amazing tribute to the people of Namibia...

The museum is an amazing tribute to the people of Namibia and a stark reminder of humanity's ability for cruelty. I think it is worth visiting for both citizens and visitors to the country. The restaurant on the 4th floor is a hidden gem. Great setting and excellent service

Walking through the town felt safe.

Walking through the town felt safe. It is very clean, and people are friendly and helpful. The taxi, Lefa is brilliant! We used them quite a bit whilst here. We found the malls are impressive! The park in town was a breath of fresh air, clean and well policed. The people within the museums are informative and wow, they are free!
